Timeframe:

Mr. Burghard is asked to speak all over the country on a variety of topics (though usually on politics, business or Apple Computer technologies). While his schedule is sometimes full for months, in general, approximately 4 to 6 weeks is all that is necessary to schedule a presentation. For business and personal reasons, the months of January and July are generally not available for speaking events.

Speaking fees:

Mr. Burghard does not accept payment for speaking about Climate Change, however, donations to The Cool Earth are encouraged and gratefully accepted. Travel and other costs, however, are to be reimbursed by the sponsoring group within 30 days of the speaking engagement. To assist the sponsoring group with budgeting, The Cool Earth staff is happy to work individually and directly with each sponsoring group to fix travel and other costs in advance of the presentation. Speaking fees for topics other than Climate Change are negotiated on an individual basis with Mr. Burghard directly.

Minimum audience:

In general, Mr. Burghard requires a minimum of 50 people to speak on this topic. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis with the assistance of The Cool Earth staff.
